At VANTEX, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date your item is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Returns requested outside of the 14-day return window may not be accepted.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and shipping details.
Free Delivery
VANTEX offers free delivery on all orders. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@vantexpr.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.
Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges based on product availability. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
All exchange items must remain unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
Refunds
If you decide not to keep your item, you may request a refund within 14 days after delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable
Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 12 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.
In many cases, orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe.
